First weigh in (on day I joined): 14st, 13lb. The heaviest I have ever been. I want to lose approx 2.5 - 3 stone to get down to around the 11-11.5 stone region.
Week 1 @ Fat Club:
- 9lbs loss of week 1 of the Fat Attack Fortnight
(*Slimmer of the week and my Half Stone certificate)
- 1.5lbs loss of week 2 of the Fat Attack Fortnight
- 2.5lbs loss
(*Slimmer of the week certificate)
- Stayed same as last week. No loss but no gain
(*pretty good after a Bank Holiday Weekend)
- 3lbs loss
(*Slimmer of the week my first Stone certificate)

PS, just realised my blog name is quite apt for my dieting diary... Flora's Spread! Ha ha... God I kill myself sometimes...
